Location: Remote (US). Candidates living within a specific radius of GM hubs (Austin, Milford, Mountain View, Warren) are expected to report to the office three times a week.

Salary: $129,400 – $206,950

What you will do

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily standups, iteration reviews, planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage the team's Kanban board and coordinate inter-team cooperation to ensure committed work is completed.
• Coach the team on Lean-agile leadership, the INVEST method, and normalized estimation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to refine the requirements backlog.
• Eliminate impediments and escalate problems to ensure team objectives are met with quality.
• Develop and track performance metrics to align with chassis software department goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship is provided for this role.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a job-related technical area.
• Proven experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe), Agile, or general project management.
• Proficiency in using Jira tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional rapport-building skills.

Nice to have

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering/Science.
• Experience developing analytics and datasets in Databricks and Power-BI.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and privacy impact assessments.
• In-depth knowledge of algorithm development for vehicle motion controls, electrification, and diagnostics.
