TL;DR

Senior Compliance Associate (Fintech): Managing compliance submission workflows and controls for digital acquisition programs in the financial services sector with an accent on PMO coordination and audit documentation. Location: Hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday in-office) in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY. No visa sponsorship or C2C available.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

What you will do

  • Route creative, content, and product changes through bank compliance review and track status end-to-end.
  • Maintain governance calendars, including certifications and trainings to ensure no lapses.
  • Organize and maintain audit documentation to ensure streamlined preparation.
  • Coordinate day-to-day PMO tasks, including tracker management and status updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and counterpart to the client's PMO team.
  • Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks to reduce operational risk.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or compliance.
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital product shipping, CMS, or frontend production environments.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance frameworks such as ADA, FCRA, ECOA, and UDAAP.
  • Strong organizational instincts and proactive communication skills.
  • Must be based in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY.
  • Must have valid US work authorization without need for visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1, OPT, etc.) or C2C.
