What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events, retrospectives, team health checks, and maturity assessments.
• Foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders, mediate conflicts, and support onboarding.
• Identify impediments, leverage metrics for improvement, and prepare sprint reports on velocity and predictability.
• Build workflows and automations in Jira and Slack to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate on backlog management, prioritization, roadmap development, and release forecasting.
• Facilitate quarterly planning and track team goals.

Requirements

• 3 years in Scrum Master role or on Scrum team
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or 3 years related experience
• Practical experience with agile frameworks, facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring
• Knowledge of business strategy (Lean Startup, MVP, prioritization), forecasting, CI/CD, and emergent architecture
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication skills based on agile values
