What you will do

• Maintain continuous surveillance of network devices, interfaces, and applications using automated monitoring tools.
• Create and manage tickets, incidents, and service requests within enterprise tracking systems.
• Analyze and correlate multiple incoming alarms to isolate root causes and eliminate duplicate reporting.
• Execute initial outage notification protocols to communicate system events to stakeholders.
• Monitor system-level scheduling alarms and alerts to meet 24/7 operational requirements.
• Maintain organized logs of network activity and incident resolutions using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Must be able to work the specified graveyard shift in a 7x24 environment.
• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree in IT or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), telecommunications, or ISP environment.
• Experience utilizing enterprise ticket management systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, or Jira).
• Basic knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
