Sr Analyst, Technology Operations Analyst (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio; Des Moines, Iowa; or Scottsdale, Arizona. Remote internal associates may also be considered. The position could be filled within any of the lower 48 U.S. states.

Salary: National range of $69,500–$129,000 annually; expected starting range of $69,500–$103,500 annually.

What you will do

• Monitor Internet applications, distributed servers, Windows servers, and production technology environments.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 incident and request support for WebSphere, IHS, Tomcat, MQ, Windows, and Linux infrastructure.
• Provide Level 1 cloud enablement support for AWS and Azure environments.
• Support application and infrastructure releases, disaster recovery activities, validation, and production application code deployments.
• Investigate alerts, logs, and complex system issues across technology layers, translating findings into business impact and resolution steps.
• Analyze incidents, requests, tasks, and changes to identify trends and improve people, processes, documentation, and technology.

Requirements

• At least two years of application or infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with infrastructure or data center environments and alert and event monitoring practices.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure, Windows Server, Linux Server, middleware commands, and troubleshooting through logs and monitoring tools.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL best practices and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to investigate unfamiliar situations, work through ambiguity, exercise judgment, and collaborate across technical teams.
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related field are preferred.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow experience.
• AWS or ITILv4 certification or designation.
• Experience in a customer service role.
