Acquisitions Operations Coordinator (iGaming): Supporting the strategic growth and operational excellence of customer acquisition initiatives with an accent on alternative acquisition channels and promotional operations. Focus on optimizing Refer-a-Friend and cross-sell strategies, streamlining cross-functional promotional processes, and enhancing the onboarding experience.

Location: Hybrid in New York City

Salary: $29.33 - $36.54 per hour

What you will do

  • Optimize acquisition channels including Refer-a-Friend (RAF), Verified Not-Activated, and Cross-Sell.
  • Manage end-to-end promotional operations, including creative requests, CRM coordination, and T&C management.
  • Develop and test strategies to optimize product experience and offer mechanics.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to resolve promotional and product issues.
  • Gather user insights to identify pain points and implement sign-up and onboarding optimizations.
  • Support costing analyses to improve forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or strategy and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stacks, including CRM platforms and analytics tools.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage complex multi-channel programs.
  • Must be based in New York City.

  • Knowledge of sports and experience working within heavily regulated industries.
