Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 (base) + annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and DeFi markets.
• Manage 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk for digital asset strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across various exchanges and protocols.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure.
• Conduct research to improve overall team performance and the strategy portfolio.

Requirements

• Proven, significant track record of profitability (PnL) at a leading proprietary trading firm.
• Experience with low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain DeFi trading.
• Deep understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics.
• Experience with latency-sensitive systems and exchange APIs.
• Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data handling.
