DeFi Operations Specialist (Web3)

Location: Cayman Islands or New York

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary annual target bonus, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Execute capital deployment, rebalancing, supply, and borrowing actions across major DeFi protocols such as Aave, Morpho, Curve, and Uniswap.
• Monitor interest rates, borrowing costs, utilization rates, liquidity depth, and yield opportunities across EVM and non-EVM networks.
• Manage institutional multi-signature workflows, warm and cold wallets, and secure cross-chain bridging infrastructure.
• Reconcile deployed capital, collateral ratios, accrued interest, earned yield, and reward-token harvesting with accounting and finance teams.
• Monitor health factors, collateralization ratios, oracle health, bad debt, and de-pegging risks to prevent liquidations.
• Maintain quantitative models for yield sensitivity, liquidity, and prospective DeFi partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, trading support, or treasury management, including 1–2 years in Web3 or DeFi.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, lending and borrowing dynamics, over-collateralization, interest-rate models, liquid staking, restaking, and liquidity provision.
• Proficiency with block explorers such as Etherscan and Solscan, institutional infrastructure such as Fireblocks and Fordefi, and hardware security modules.
• Strong knowledge of traditional finance, including yield curves, time value of money, interest-rate derivatives, and risk-adjusted returns.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills; familiarity with Python, SQL, or Dune Analytics is helpful.
• Extreme attention to detail and the ability to operate calmly in a fast-paced, high-stakes 24/7 trading environment.
