Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 + discretionary annual target bonus

What you will do

• Execute capital deployment, rebalancing, and borrow actions across protocols such as Aave, Morpho, Curve, and Uniswap.
• Monitor interest rate fluctuations and identify capital reallocation strategies to optimize net interest margins.
• Manage institutional-grade multi-sig workflows, secure wallet setups, and cross-chain bridging infrastructure.
• Perform daily reconciliation of deployed capital, collateral ratios, accrued interest, and reward harvests.
• Proactively monitor health factors and protocol-specific risks to prevent liquidation events.
• Develop and maintain quantitative models evaluating yield sensitivity and liquidity depth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Cayman Islands or New York.
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, trading support, or treasury management.
• 1-2 years of professional experience directly within Web3/DeFi.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, lend/borrow dynamics, and yield mechanics.
• Proficiency with block explorers (Etherscan, Solscan) and institutional infrastructure (Fireblocks, Fordefi).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling capabilities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Dune Analytics for querying on-chain data.
