What you will do

• Maintain and iterate trading strategies, specifically focusing on liquidity provision and arbitrage.
• Manage liquidity, perform trading reviews, and monitor overall strategy performance.
• Execute trades for selected FX and cryptocurrencies.
• Build and improve the risk management framework for trading strategies.
• Design, develop, and iterate new trading strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, finance, or STEM-related fields (preferably from top-tier universities).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, MATLAB, or Stata.
• Solid foundation in statistics.
• Prior knowledge or experience in the crypto industry.
• Strong learning ability, communication, and coordination skills for independent problem-solving.
