What you will do

• Execute trades and manage portfolio risk across centralized and decentralized platforms.
• Oversee market-making books and ensure smooth risk handovers.
• Monitor markets for yield, arbitrage, and alpha opportunities.
• Collaborate with tokenomics, quant, and tech teams to refine trading strategies and data pipelines.
• Develop pricing models, hedging frameworks, and backtesting tools.
• Interface with clients to explain trading principles and market dynamics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of crypto trading experience in hedge fund or quant roles.
• Strong quantitative background in Math, Physics, or CS.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Deep knowledge of DEXs, DeFi, on-chain analytics, and trading bots.
• Experience with derivatives and hedging strategies.
• Must be available to work during CET hours.
