Crypto Trader (Web3)

What you will do

• Execute trades and manage portfolio risk across centralized and decentralized exchanges according to CET coverage rotas.
• Monitor markets for yield, arbitrage, and alpha opportunities.
• Oversee market-making books, risk handovers, compliance, treasury visibility, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Tokenomics, Quant, and Tech teams on trading strategies, tools, and data pipelines.
• Develop pricing models, hedging frameworks, and backtesting tools, and provide real-time feedback on market dynamics and strategy performance.
• Explain trading and market-making principles to clients and share insights on market structure, token dynamics, and execution trends.

Requirements

• 6+ years of crypto trading experience, including market-making, execution, and strategy; hedge fund or quantitative trading experience is accepted.
• Strong quantitative background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related field; a degree from a top institution is preferred.
• Python proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of DEXs, DeFi, on-chain analytics, and trading bots.
• Experience with derivatives including perpetuals, options, and futures, plus hedging strategies such as gamma and delta-1.
• Experience with data pipelines, tick data, statistical modeling, and order book dynamics.
• Risk-aware, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first, multicultural team with time-zone flexibility, ownership mentality, and a reliable remote setup.
