What you will do

• Manage and optimize DeFi trading strategies across various decentralized venues and protocols.
• Monitor trading performance, market conditions, and risk exposures to ensure stability.
• Identify new trading opportunities and areas for strategy improvement.
• Support liquidity provisioning, principal trading, and yield-generation activities.
• Evaluate new protocols and market structures to inform strategic direction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional trading experience, preferably in complex or less liquid markets.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using data to test hypotheses and improve performance.
• Coding skills for data analysis or supporting trading decisions.
• Degree in a technical or quantitative subject or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in DeFi and on-chain trading.
