TL;DR

What you will do

  • Supervise and develop a staff of Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers.
  • Manage the project pipeline and deliver creative and strategic programs for large brands.
  • Oversee program health, including budget, scope, timelines, and issue mitigation plans.
  • Develop program and client-level staffing plans and reporting on milestones and risks.
  • Collaborate with the portfolio team on client roadmaps and process improvement plans.
  • Enforce PMO standards and process adherence across the project management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in an advertising agency environment.
  • Deep expertise in program management and executing various project types.
  • Advanced skills in risk management, stakeholder management, and program-level financial management.
  • Proven ability to lead high-complexity and high-visibility projects.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and delegation skills.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience specifically supporting pharmaceutical marketing clients.
  • Experience delivering technical and strategic programs.
