Salary: $90,000–$125,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead the licensing of repair and overhaul of hirify.global products to 3rd party MRO organizations.
• Serve as the primary contact for MROs, coordinating logistical and technical support.
• Manage international customers in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Singapore, overseeing costs and schedules.
• Oversee program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and quality to align priorities.
• Support business growth through proposal development, pricing strategies, and customer negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting repair and overhaul (MRO) processes.
• Ability to access US Export Controlled information.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 20-25% of the time.
