Salary: $127,700 - $170,200

What you will do
- Own analytics across device setup, hardware adoption, and subscription activation to drive C-suite and board-level business decisions.
- Develop and maintain the Activations & Adoption Analytics roadmap in partnership with Customer Lifetime Value leadership.
- Lead end-to-end measurement design, including A/B and multivariate experiment design and statistical methodology selection.
- Champion and integrate AI-assisted analytics workflows, including LLM-based tools, to increase analytical throughput and insight depth.
- Create high-impact reports and dashboards to identify trends and translate findings into actionable narratives.
- Coach and develop a team of analysts through structured feedback and meaningful stretch assignments.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Richmond, VA.
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing analytical teams.
- Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments with statistical rigor.
- Working experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Hex AI) and a strategic point of view on AI in analytics.
- BA/BS degree or comparable experience; MBA is a plus.
