TL;DR
AVP, Health & Wellness Consumer Acquisitions (Data Analytics): Own the analytics strategy powering cardholder account growth and loyalty engagement with an accent on acquisition audience targeting, performance insights, KPI design, and test & learn strategies. Focus on optimizing investments, synthesizing data into actionable recommendations, and partnering cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, IT, credit, and finance teams.
Location: New York, NY (hybrid: work from home near Hubs with required commute for in-person meetings, training, and events). Legal US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship. Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Salary: 115,000 - 200,000 USD Annual (adjusted for NY Metro; eligible for annual bonus)

What you will do
- Create analysis of acquisitions and activation trends, deliver business performance reporting, and provide recommendations.
- Develop acquisitions offer creation and targeting audience recommendations to maximize profitability.
- Lead KPI design, measurements, and investment optimization opportunities.
- Establish test & learn culture through ongoing assessments and result communication.
- Act as SME and consultant, translating business needs into data architecture, insights, and strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally in matrixed organization with product, marketing, sales, IT, credit, finance, and COEs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma + 9+ years analytics experience in credit card/consumer businesses.
- 5+ years progressive experience including 4+ years SAS/SQL for data mining/complex analyses and 2+ years data visualization (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience synthesizing insights to inform decisions and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel for business.
Nice to have
- Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience.
- Sales/marketing analytics, especially credit card acquisitions and P&L growth.
- Financial services P&L drivers knowledge and business reporting.
- Strong project management, communication, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
