What you will do

• Own reporting and analysis for upper-funnel programs, measuring reach, awareness, and early-stage interest.
• Develop frameworks to assess brand campaign effectiveness and track downstream consideration.
• Analyze the impact of executive outreach and high-touch engagement programs to identify key signals.
• Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests and holdout groups, to optimize messaging and channels.
• Segment audience data by ICP, account tier, and persona to ensure strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to translate qualitative goals into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, specifically marketing or brand analytics.
• Deep understanding of top-of-funnel metrics such as awareness, reach, and engagement.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Streamlit.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and incrementality measurements.
• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders to structure ambiguous questions into analysis.
• Must be based in the Greater Chicago Area to comply with the hybrid work policy.
