Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 OTE

What you will do
- Shape the live entertainment strategy to identify high-demand event opportunities in collaboration with leadership.
- Hunt and convert enterprise accounts including festival organizers, touring promoters, and large-scale live event organizations.
- Lead discovery and product conversations to demonstrate ROI, operational scalability, and the value of data ownership.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across C-suite executives, tour managers, and venue operations teams.
- Build long-term partnerships to establish as the primary technology backbone for major live tours.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the live event innovation space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Music Business, Sports/Entertainment Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of customer-facing or sales experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or the live entertainment industry.
- Proven experience selling technology or enterprise solutions to promoters, festivals, or venues.
- Early-stage startup DNA with experience building processes and paths in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in digital consultancy or technology transformation.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to connect technology to business purpose.
