What you will do

  • Source, reach out to, and qualify leads to effectively communicate hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share and implement sales best practices.
  • Maintain and exceed quota attainment based on qualified leads and activity metrics.

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply effective outbound prospecting strategies and techniques.
  • Confidence in high-volume cold calling (approximately 90% of the role is outbound).
  • Data-oriented approach with an aptitude for analyzing large data sets.
  • Proven track record of overachieving against defined performance metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Automation or Engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Experience in the vacation rental market.
