What you will do
- Qualify warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities for the sales team.
- Utilize Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, and other platforms to execute coordinated outreach.
- Research and supplement account data to improve the overall quality of leads.
- Act as the first point of contact for new prospects to identify business challenges and provide solution guidance.
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new lead openings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative lead generation ideas.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 2+ years of relevant business development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, GONG.io, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in both phone and written outbound communications.
- Demonstrated understanding of effective appointment setting strategies and techniques.
- Strong relationship building and verbal communication skills.
