What you will do

  • Qualify warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities for the sales team.
  • Utilize Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, and other platforms to execute coordinated outreach.
  • Research and supplement account data to improve the overall quality of leads.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new prospects to identify business challenges and provide solution guidance.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new lead openings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative lead generation ideas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 2+ years of relevant business development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, GONG.io, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in both phone and written outbound communications.
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective appointment setting strategies and techniques.
  • Strong relationship building and verbal communication skills.
