What you will do
- Create, maintain, and develop deep customer relationships with top executives.
- Drive proactive account growth, minimize renewal erosion, and expand opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies for portfolio or strategic accounts.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities, deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build go-to-market pipelines with partners and own account P&L and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience running account P&L
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
- Experience managing sales process end-to-end
- Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
- Open minded and empathetic approach in customer relationships
- Customer-focused with growth mindset
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- Sales experience in technical solutions
