What you will do

  • Manage a team of Channel Account Managers to drive regional partner relationships and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies specifically for Japan GSIs, including relationship management and execution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners to expand company reach and market penetration in Japan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, IT, operations, and finance to implement sales strategies.
  • Drive revenue through partner-led activities such as joint sales calls, partner events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, distribution, and channel leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of success in partner sales or channel management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience managing GSIs and a deep understanding of GSI and FSI business GTM.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and verbal).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
