What you will do
- Manage full responsibility for 35-40 customer accounts across Asia Pacific and Japan.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers to act as their trusted advisor.
- Drive product adoption and increase the user base within existing customer accounts.
- Lead end-to-end process responsibility from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Translate customer feedback into concrete product requirements.
- Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and product development teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or internationally operating IT consulting.
- Exceptional English language skills (written and spoken), including technical vocabulary.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully retaining and growing a customer base.
- Ability to structure and prioritize complex workflows independently.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
Nice to have
- Experience with IT Management, IT Service Management, or Enterprise Architecture domains.
- Proficiency in Japanese language.
- 1+ year of working knowledge with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight).
- Experience in IT project management and delivery methods.
