Focus on driving user expansion, translating customer feedback into product requirements, and managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan

What you will do

  • Manage full responsibility for 35-40 customer accounts across Asia Pacific and Japan.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers to act as their trusted advisor.
  • Drive product adoption and increase the user base within existing customer accounts.
  • Lead end-to-end process responsibility from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Translate customer feedback into concrete product requirements.
  • Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and product development teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or internationally operating IT consulting.
  • Exceptional English language skills (written and spoken), including technical vocabulary.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully retaining and growing a customer base.
  • Ability to structure and prioritize complex workflows independently.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IT Management, IT Service Management, or Enterprise Architecture domains.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language.
  • 1+ year of working knowledge with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight).
  • Experience in IT project management and delivery methods.
