Salary: $74,000–$90,000 Annually

What you will do

• Execute quality system requirements and drive continuous process improvement to support business plans.
• Perform First Article Inspections of complex assemblies in compliance with customer and AS9102 requirements.
• Conduct internal, AS, and customer audits, as well as source inspections.
• Provide training and direction to quality staff and production technicians on best practices and standards.
• Manage incoming and outgoing inspections and follow up on corrective action requests.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing to ensure professional quality assurance support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in technical writing and presenting material to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in calibration or metrology.
• ASQ Certifications (CQA, CQT, or CQE).
• AS9100 Internal Auditor accreditation (per AS9104:2022).
• Practical experience implementing AS9100-certified systems.
• Experience with DISCUS or similar AS9102 First Article Inspection software.
