Mechanical Product Engineer

TL;DR

Salary: $63,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Act as design authority for products released to production and contribute to production processes.
• Provide engineering and technical support to value stream operations.
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects independently.
• Manage responsibility for multiple products across all support aspects.
• Develop and maintain production technical documentation and special equipment requirements.
• Support configuration control, prototype development, test plan generation, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/engineering technology or equivalent manufacturing experience/education
• At least 1 year in manufacturing electromechanical devices or related field
• Willingness to travel as needed to support product lines

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical motion systems, CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, Teamcenter), GD&T, DFM, electrical integration.
• Knowledge of reliability methods (FMEA, tolerance analysis, life testing, root cause analysis) and ISO standards.
• Structured troubleshooting, data analysis, clear documentation, change control.
• Effective cross-functional communication and teamwork.
• Project management, hands-on lab/factory work, continuous learning.
