What you will do

• Verify product and process compliance with contractual, technical, and AS9100 QMS requirements.
• Generate and publish quality metrics regularly to monitor factory performance.
• Develop and maintain inspection instructions aligned with technical data package requirements.
• Support the inspection team and perform First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Participate in daily status meetings with factory teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing, or Associate's with 2+ years experience, or 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with composites or machining.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tucson, AZ.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems.
• Proficiency with common office software (Excel, Word).
• Strong adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
