What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by securing investments from existing and new supplier partners.
• Design and execute effective retail media campaigns using data and insights.
• Collaborate with category teams to align priorities and report on campaign performance.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for assigned categories.
• Manage media operations to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar retail media or multi-channel sales position.
• Strong understanding of the retail media landscape and ability to develop data-driven solutions.
• Track record of successfully growing media sales and exceeding client expectations.
• Experience in building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confidence in presenting and negotiating proposals to secure client buy-in.
• Passion for the liquor industry and its diverse brands.
