What you will do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative marketing growth programs.
• Lead creative initiatives and explore new strategies to elevate brand presence.
• Manage end-to-end campaigns, coordinating with media and creative agencies for on-time delivery.
• Streamline processes and foster collaboration between external agencies and internal teams.
• Craft compelling creative briefs across channels ensuring on-brand messaging and seamless customer journeys.
• Develop direct reports through feedback and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing with brand and campaign management experience.
• Experience developing and executing 1-5 year strategic plans.
• Managing direct reports, external agencies, and briefing creative teams.
• Leveraging customer insights for planning.
• Strong communication, influence, presentation, and data storytelling skills in a matrix organization.
• Project management and agile mindset; tertiary qualification in marketing preferred.
