Focus on executing cross-channel marketing activity, monitoring match-by-match sales performance, and optimizing underperforming fixtures.

Location: Sydney, Australia. Must be available to work from the office at least three days per week

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end marketing activation for Rugby World Cup matches, aligning with phased on-sale strategies.
  • Plan and deploy campaigns across owned channels including CRM, website, app, and onsite placements.
  • Monitor sales performance by match to identify trends and develop tactical initiatives for underperforming fixtures.
  • Coordinate organic and paid media activity in partnership with Digital and Performance teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Sales, Event Operations, Partnerships, and PR to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with Rugby World Cup and Ticketmaster brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce and Braze.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and DOMO.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Must be based in Sydney and available for hybrid work (3+ days in office)
