What you will do

• Lead strategic planning for Autoimmune therapeutic area and clinical FSP services.
• Create messaging frameworks based on FAB analysis to optimize market positioning and product awareness.
• Execute omnichannel digital content strategies leveraging blogs, website, SEM, SEO, and AI search.
• Develop thought leadership content such as white papers and videos in collaboration with medical and scientific teams.
• Manage yearly conference strategy, including budgeting and cross-functional execution.
• Provide competitive intelligence and strategic advice to senior leadership to drive growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hungary.
• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in Marketing, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role leading customer-facing initiatives independently.
• Proven track record in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; Autoimmune experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies for scheduling and budgeting.
