What you will do

• Manage high-volume outbound interactions via phone and email to qualify and educate prospective customers.
• Develop and prioritize a lead pipeline to meet and exceed regional revenue targets as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to design and execute targeted campaigns.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline status and perform forecasting exercises.
• Act as a brand advocate and become an expert in CRM and customer service tools.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or business development, preferably in high-velocity or cloud software environments.
• Direct experience working with the DACH market.
• Native-level written and oral communication skills in German.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (desirable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally dispersed work environment.
