Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $102,000 - $160,000 base salary + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Engineer the technical architecture of the marketing stack and act as the Technical Product Owner for internal tools.
  • Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns, translating requirements into scalable technical specifications.
  • Implement sophisticated AI-enhanced automation strategies to increase productivity and support rapid scaling.
  • Manage marketing data in Databricks to build custom tables, deep-dive dashboards, and predictive AI workflows.
  • Own and optimize the full technical lead lifecycle, including scoring models, automated routing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to build a unified view of the customer.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a Master's degree.
  • 4+ years of deep Marketo expertise, specifically with advanced Salesforce integrations and multi-stage lead lifecycles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing data within Databricks or similar database infrastructures.
  • 2+ years of experience leading hybrid or remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales and marketing funnel and attribution methodologies.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
