Salary: $102,000 - $160,000 base salary + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Engineer the technical architecture of the marketing stack and act as the Technical Product Owner for internal tools.
- Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns, translating requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- Implement sophisticated AI-enhanced automation strategies to increase productivity and support rapid scaling.
- Manage marketing data in Databricks to build custom tables, deep-dive dashboards, and predictive AI workflows.
- Own and optimize the full technical lead lifecycle, including scoring models, automated routing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to build a unified view of the customer.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a Master's degree.
- 4+ years of deep Marketo expertise, specifically with advanced Salesforce integrations and multi-stage lead lifecycles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing data within Databricks or similar database infrastructures.
- 2+ years of experience leading hybrid or remote teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B sales and marketing funnel and attribution methodologies.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
