Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop the demand generation team to meet evolving business needs and raise overall capability.
- Own the full buyer journey strategy and 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline targets across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- Scale and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including paid search, social, email nurture, and interactive content.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AEO), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Analyze full-funnel metrics to identify root causes of performance trends and develop actionable optimization plans.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define funnel stages, lead scoring, and handoff criteria.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation.
- 3+ years in a people-leadership role managing and developing a team.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue impact in a scaled SaaS environment ($75M+ ARR preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, 6sense, Clay, and major ad platforms.
- Must be based in the United States.
- AI-first mindset with experience building agentic workflows (Claude preferred).
