Salary: $160,000–$240,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Assess, coach, and develop the demand generation team to identify skill gaps and raise overall team capability.
  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and 100% of marketing-sourced pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Scale and optimize multi-channel campaigns including paid search, paid social, email nurture, and interactive content.
  • Direct the organic growth strategy, including SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AEO), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Track and optimize full-funnel metrics (MQL to ARR) to surface actionable insights and identify funnel bottlenecks.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define funnel stages, lead scoring, and routing logic to ensure high-quality pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, with 3+ years in people-leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue impact in scaled SaaS environments ($75M+ ARR preferred).
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising, campaign management, SEO/AEO, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, 6sense, Clay, and Google Analytics.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience building agentic workflows and using tools like Claude.
