What you will do

• Build AI-powered, signal-based campaigns triggered by customer behavior such as renewal timing and usage changes.
• Design and operate automated workflows and AI agents to generate campaign content, insights, and reporting.
• Identify high-potential accounts to proactively surface expansion opportunities and churn risks.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to launch and scale campaigns across segments.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and systems to drive consistent portfolio growth.
• Measure and optimize performance based on pipeline impact, revenue, and ROI.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in growth, marketing ops, marketing technology, or a similar hybrid role.
• Hands-on experience building automation or AI-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing pipeline and campaign performance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate complex, evolving environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
