Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Create and execute outbound outreach strategies to build rapport with C-level executives.
• Identify client barriers and strategize how hirify.global's SaaS solution can resolve them.
• Build robust prospecting lists using social media, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Conduct qualifying calls and convert prospects into scheduled demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities within Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Management.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role OR experience in accounting/finance.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong commitment to self-improvement and a desire to be coached.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with cold calling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Experience in the Finance or FinTech sectors.
