What you will do

• Work with sales and service teams on plant tours, expectation setting, and quality issue resolution to grow and retain business.
• Build a motivated, engaged, and diverse workforce environment.
• Promote world-class safety culture, ensure compliance with audits and policies, implement safety scorecard and fatality prevention programs.
• Collaborate with general manager and department leaders to achieve key performance indicators and shared goals.
• Maintain communication with service team, branch leadership through meetings, route rides, and visits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years supervisory/management experience.
• Two years industry experience preferred; minimum one year as hirify.global Production Manager required.
• Minimum processed volume of $18M or 2+ branches.
• Ability to work multiple shifts with variable schedules; attendance is essential.
