Salary: $132,000–$165,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide operational and strategic leadership to assigned laboratory products in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Participate in budget preparation, monitor revenue, expenses, test volume, FTE efficiency, and production performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal parameters, including CLIA/CAP.
• Lead and manage high-performance teams accountable for operations, quality, and customer service.
• Develop and champion KPIs to optimize department performance and production processes.
• Represent the company in audits, client calls, and build partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree (or equivalent) in STEM-related field; Biological Sciences preferred.
• At least 8 years’ experience, including 5 years overseeing manufacturing or CRO production team at leadership level.
• Experience managing CLIA/CAP production team highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Molecular Biology and building high-performing teams.
