What you will do

• Foster excellent client relationships and coordinate service delivery.
• Design reporting products, generate standardized and ad hoc reports, and ensure accuracy of client materials.
• Implement process improvements, standardized processes, and performance measurements.
• Manage portfolio administration including lease audits, estoppels, subtenants, budget forecasting, and data accuracy in portfolio systems.
• Lead client meetings, manage account team responsibilities, and participate in recruiting and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in lease administration, real estate management, or related field.
• Proven leadership and team management track record.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and financial planning experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
