Location: San Diego, CA. Flexible work model (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite). Must be licensed in the State of California.

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 annually

What you will do

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies.
• Manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and future clients.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to less experienced attorneys.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of attorneys across various experience levels.

Requirements

• Active bar license in the State of California.
• JD from an ABA-approved school.
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically with litigation support and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Outstanding communication skills and professional demeanor.
