TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Associations): Selling high-value SaaS solutions for learning platforms to Training Organizations and Professional Associations with an accent on managing full sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets. Focus on prospecting, navigating complex 6–12 month deals with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging cross-functional resources to close enterprise deals.

Remote - USA. Territory: Washington DC. Willing to travel 10-20% and able to travel freely between the US and Canada.

What you will do

  • Own territory and exceed revenue targets by managing full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline through consistent prospecting.
  • Drive complex SaaS sales cycles (6–12 months) with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Finance, Engineering, and Channel Partners.
  • Participate in RFP processes, prepare proposals, and handle contract negotiations.
  • Leverage Salesforce for tracking activities and reporting; engage partners and represent hirify.global at events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience (EdTech, Association Software, HCM, or eLearning preferred).
  • Experience selling to Associations and Training Organizations; proven pipeline management (30+ prospects) and quota achievement.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market sales cycles and selling to C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate e-learning/ed-tech industry; familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools; familiarity with AI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and collaborative skills; self-starter mindset.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical, business, or education-related).
  • Employee Training or Professional Associations industry experience.
