Salary: $342,000–$387,000 base (plus incentives)

What you will do
- Develop and lead Total Rewards strategy for compensation, benefits, incentives, and wellness programs to attract and retain talent.
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs including short/long-term incentives and executive compensation.
- Evaluate benefits strategy for health, retirement, PTO; ensure alignment with company values and compliance.
- Manage communication of rewards programs and provide data insights for People strategy.
- Oversee team of compensation and benefits practitioners; prepare materials for Compensation Committee.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and advise on organization-wide programs.
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- 20+ years overall experience; 10-15+ years management.
- Bachelor's in HR, business, or equivalent.
- Experience in compensation/benefits in public company; strategic leadership.
- Expert in health/wellness, 401(k), incentive/equity plans.
- Strong communication, analytical skills; MS Office/Google Suite proficiency.
