What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clients to help them navigate changing business environments.
• Assess observability platforms and provide recommendations for tool rationalization to reduce complexity and manage spend.
• Guide customers in establishing NOC/SOC/Digital Operations Centers, integrating observability with ITSM and workflow automation.
• Lead and manage large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with Field CTOs and technical consultants to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 15 years of experience in management or technology consulting.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and its application to strategic goals.
• Strong expertise in observability markets, including Dynatrace, DataDog, LogicMonitor, Splunk, or Qualys.
• Knowledge of automation capabilities such as Harness, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or management.
