What you will do

• Lead and execute complex customer engagements, serving as the technical authority for architecture, design, development, and deployment.
• Drive the deployment of hirify.global products, working side-by-side with customers to resolve unique technical problems.
• Develop best practice documentation, blog posts, runbooks, and customer training materials to enhance the learning ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful operationalization.
• Provide coaching, enablement, and mentoring for team members, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in technical consulting or big data analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive expertise in deploying and managing AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Big Data tools (Splunk, Elastic, Grafana, DataDog, Exabeam, or Azure Sentinel) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript for creating automation workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems.
