SDR Manager (Public Sector)

SDR Manager (Public Sector): Leading and developing a high-performing SDR team to generate qualified pipeline within the Public Sector vertical (SLED and Federal) with an accent on outbound strategy and public-sector sales motions. Focus on refining playbooks, coaching team members on procurement cycles, and optimizing conversion efficiency.

Location: Hybrid: Austin, TX (Downtown). Required in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

What you will do

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs.
• Train the team on product expertise and public-sector specific sales motions, including procurement cycles and RFP structures.
• Build and execute strategies to consistently generate high-quality demos and pipeline.
• Track, analyze, and report weekly activity and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine campaigns and lead generation.
• Continuously improve internal processes, tools, and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience selling into or supporting the Public Sector (SLED or Federal required).
• 2+ years of experience leading an SDR team and at least 1 year of experience as an SDR.
• Proven success consistently exceeding quotas as both an individual and a leader.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Salesloft is a plus.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
