What you will do
- Own annual compensation cycle management including calendar, guidelines, ranges, and calibration.
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis for competitive positioning of jobs and pay programs.
- Participate in salary administration, incentive programs, and budget development using data analytics.
- Evaluate job descriptions, manage salary surveys, and ensure HR systems support compensation priorities.
- Produce HR metrics, provide insights, and advise senior leadership on pay positioning and talent strategy.
- Lead or participate in HR and Total Rewards projects, supporting US and global compensation matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of global compensation experience in mature international organizations.
- Advanced proficiency with market pricing, survey methodology, salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation.
- Strong data analytics, storytelling, influence, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Bias for action, ownership, and ability to drive change through training and guidance.
Nice to have
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or PMG service lines.
- Experience with PayFactors, SAP/SuccessFactors, or Workday.
- Worked with short-term incentive plans or sales plans.
