Salary: $170,000–$210,000

What you will do
- Advise on executive compensation strategy, including pay-for-performance alignment and incentive program design.
- Lead the proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) process and oversee equity compensation governance.
- Establish and maintain global compensation frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Drive transformation projects to modernize compensation practices, tools, and operating models.
- Manage compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and salary structure adjustments for Latin America.
- Leverage Workday and market data tools to deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in global, executive, and sales compensation.
- Experience supporting a publicly traded company, including proxy disclosure.
- Proven expertise in designing short- and long-term incentive plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience leading compensation transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of global compensation regulations and governance practices.
