What you will do

  • Advise on executive compensation strategy, including pay-for-performance alignment and incentive program design.
  • Lead the proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) process and oversee equity compensation governance.
  • Establish and maintain global compensation frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Drive transformation projects to modernize compensation practices, tools, and operating models.
  • Manage compensation strategy, market benchmarking, and salary structure adjustments for Latin America.
  • Leverage Workday and market data tools to deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in global, executive, and sales compensation.
  • Experience supporting a publicly traded company, including proxy disclosure.
  • Proven expertise in designing short- and long-term incentive plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience in dynamic environments.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience leading compensation transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of global compensation regulations and governance practices.
