Outside Sales Representative (Fitness/Wellness): Acquire and onboard high-potential local fitness and wellness businesses by prospecting, pitching, and closing deals in assigned territory with an accent on field-based relationship building and full sales cycle ownership. Must reside in the San Francisco, CA region due to regular in-person sales engagements and prospecting (70–80% travel).

Base salary: $57,900–$86,075 (United States).

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness/wellness merchants in your territory.
  • Conduct daily field visits, attend local events, and build relationships with industry insiders.
  • Manage full sales cycle using in-person, phone, email, and virtual methods.
  • Hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets.
  • Track activities and metrics in Salesforce as a local market expert.

Requirements

  • Reside in San Francisco, CA region for field-based role with 70–80% travel.
  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience with inside sales skills.
  • Full-cycle sales expertise, B2B negotiation, and quota exceedance track record.
  • Self-motivated with strong organization and time management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office.
