What you will do

• Extract existing application logic and target state requirements from stakeholders, bridging current systems to migration plans.
• Lead engineering squads in migrating legacy stacks (Java, Python, C++) and resolving dependencies.
• Drive change management, navigating security audits, compliance, and approval cycles for production handover.
• Serve as primary stakeholder contact, translating technical milestones into business progress.
• Orchestrate multiple parallel workstreams for dozens of applications, from discovery to rollout.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT, 4+ years in leadership (TDM, Program Manager) in large-scale corporate/enterprise environments
• High technical breadth in legacy Java, Python, C++ translating to modern cloud patterns
• Familiarity with Linux, networking, security principles
• Proven execution in managing parallel workstreams and firm deadlines
• Fluent Business English
• Experience in complex environments with regulatory requirements (FinTech, Healthcare)
• Familiarity with public cloud, distributed messaging, relational/NoSQL databases

• Curiosity about using LLMs to improve engineering efficiency
