What you will do

• Lead solution design for complex opportunities, translating client business models into scalable and compliant payment solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Treasury to deliver tailored regional solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of complex deals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and proper triage.
• Act as a regional advocate to provide structured feedback on market-specific solutions and product roadmaps.
• Optimize delivery processes using HubSpot, Jira, and CPQ to maintain documented paths and SLAs.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to qualify opportunities and shape delivery strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or operations, preferably within fintech or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payments, cross-border transactions, and fintech ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
