What you will do

• Integrate three legacy data operations teams into a unified function with a shared strategic vision.
• Manage a global team of approximately 215 operations professionals across five direct reports.
• Develop a "single pane of glass" metrics framework and dashboards to measure operational capacity.
• Execute a complex change management program to evolve teams into versatile data curators.
• Partner with product, technology, and business leaders to ensure operational readiness and manage priorities.
• Formulate and execute the long-term organizational strategy for the data platform vision.

Requirements

• Background in investment management, FinTech, or financial data services industry.
• Deep experience in leading and centralizing data operations teams through significant transformations.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and modern data platforms like Databricks.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for executive-level metrics.
• Strong grounding in Agile methodology and the full data lifecycle.
• Experience managing global, remote teams and developing senior managers.
